Belize IBC - International Business Company Secure Order Form

This fee covers a fully configured Belize IBC with all the necessary services provided for the first year
Name reservation, drafting and signing of the Memorandum and Articles of Association by the initial Subscriber and witness, filing for and obtaining the original Certificate of Incorporation.
All post-incorporation procedures - Resolutions for appointments of the Director, Agent and the allocation of shares, issue of 3 share certificates, provision of the supporting beneficiary documentation (transfer forms and trust declarations)
Documents certified for international use and shipped by FedEx

The names of directors are not held on public record in the Belize or disclosed to the Belize government. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the director. We can provide a nominee director if required.

Shareholder/Owner:
A Belize company must have at least one shareholder. There are no nationality restrictions and this can be you or any person or corporation that you choose. The names of shareholders are not held on public record in the Belize or disclosed to the Belize government. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the shareholder. We can provide a nominee shareholder if required.
