Gibraltar Offshore Company Secure Order Form

  • Our fee to incorporate a Gibraltar Offshore Company is £648
  • This fee covers a fully configured Gibraltar IBC with all the necessary services provided for the first year
  • Name reservation, drafting and signing of the Memorandum and Articles of Association by the initial Subscriber and witness, filing for and obtaining the original Certificate of Incorporation.
  • All post-incorporation procedures - Resolutions for appointments of the Director, Agent and the allocation of shares, issue of 3 share certificates, provision of the supporting beneficiary documentation (transfer forms and trust declarations)
  • Nominee resident company secretary
  • Registered Office

A Gibraltar company must have at least one director. There are no nationality restrictions and this can be you or any person that you choose. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the director. We can provide a nominee director if required.
 
Company Secretary :  
A Gibraltar company must have a company secretary. We will provide a Gibraltar resident secretary to comply with Gibraltar company law, but we suggest you appoint another person as joint secretary. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the joint secretary.
   
Shareholder/Owner:  
A Gibraltar company must have at least one shareholder. There are no nationality restrictions and this can be you or any person or corporation that you choose. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the shareholder. We can provide a nominee shareholder if required.
   
Bank Account:
We can assist you with opening an account for your Gibraltar company. Our fee for this service is £320.
Nominee Services (optional):
If you do not want your name to appear on any corporate documents we can provide a nominee director shareholder and secretary. Our fee for this service is £280
