A Seychelles company must have at least two local directors. Our fee includes two nominees for this purpose. You may also appoint your own directors in addition to these. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the director.
 
Shareholder/Owner:  
A Seychelles company must have at least one shareholder. There are no nationality restrictions and this can be you or any person or corporation that you choose. The names of shareholders are not held on public record in the Seychelles or disclosed to the Seychelles government. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the shareholder.
   
Bank Account:
We can assist you with opening a bank account for your Seychelles company. Our fee is £320
