Seychelles IBC - International Business Company Secure Order Form

  • Our fee to incorporate a Seychelles IBC is £525
  • This fee covers a fully configured Seychelles IBC with all the necessary services provided for the first year
  • Name reservation, drafting and signing of the Memorandum and Articles of Association by the initial Subscriber and witness, filing for and obtaining the original Certificate of Incorporation.
  • All post-incorporation procedures - Resolutions for appointments of the Director, Agent and the allocation of shares, issue of 3 share certificates, provision of the supporting beneficiary documentation (transfer forms and trust declarations)
  • International shipping of documents

A Seychelles company must have at least one director. There are no nationality restrictions and this can be you or any person that you choose. The names of directors are not held on public record in the Seychelles or disclosed to the Seychelles government. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the director. We can provide a nominee director if required.
 
Shareholder/Owner:  
A Seychelles company must have at least one shareholder. There are no nationality restrictions and this can be you or any person or corporation that you choose. The names of shareholders are not held on public record in the Seychelles or disclosed to the Seychelles government. After you have completed the order form you will be re-directed to a page where you can give us details of who you wish to be the shareholder. We can provide a nominee shareholder if required.
   
Bank Account:
We can assist you with opening a bank account for your Seychelles company. Our fee is £320
Nominee Services (optional):
If you do not want your name to appear on any corporate documents we can provide a nominee director and shareholder. Our fee for this service is £280
