The requirements for registration of a UK company are fairly straightforward.
The company must have at least two individuals appointed as officers of the company. A company secretary and at least one director. You do not have to be a UK national or resident to be an officer of a UK company.
The company must also have a registered office within the United Kingdom. This is the official address of the company, it does not have to be a trading address, and the company does not have to maintain a presence at the address. If you do not have a suitable address, we can provide you with an address to use as your registered office.
Although it is not a requirement to have a resident director or company secretary we can act as your nominee director or company secretary if you want us to.
