We can incorporate a UK Limited company online with a name of your choice in less than 5 working hours. The requirements for registration of a UK company are fairly straightforward. They include:

• The organization must have at least one person appointed as a director of the company. Please note that you do not have to be a UK national or resident to be a director of a UK company.
• The company must have an established shareholder. This is a person or organization that owns the company and can be the same as the director. Again there are no nationality or residency restrictions.
• The company must also have a registered office within the United Kingdom. This is the official address of the company. However, it does not have to be a trading address, and the company does not have to maintain a presence at this address. Please note that we can provide you with a registered office address to meet this requirement.

Special Requirements

Local Resident Officer
This is not a requirement under UK incorporation law, the bank that you are using in conjunction with your internet merchant account application may insist that one of the officials of the UK company be a resident of the United Kingdom.

If this is the case, we will assign a person to fill this requirement. Our fee for this service is £500. Your internet merchant account provider will inform you if you need this service.
