Registration

Fletcher Kennedy is excited to offer UK incorporation/registration services to Payvision clients. We can incorporate a UK Limited company online with a name of your choice in less than 5 working hours. The requirements for registration of a UK company are fairly straightforward. They include:

• The organization must have at least one person appointed as a director of the company. Please note that you do not have to be a UK national or resident to be a director of a UK company.
• The company must have an established shareholder. This is a person or organization that owns the company and can be the same as the director. Again there are no nationality or residency restrictions.
• The company must also have a registered office within the United Kingdom. This is the official address of the company. However, it does not have to be a trading address, and the company does not have to maintain a presence at this address. Please note that we can provide you with a registered office address to meet this requirement. Our fee for this service is £208.

Special Requirements

Local Resident Officer
This is not a requirement under UK incorporation law, the bank that you are using in conjunction with your Payvision application may insist that one of the officials of the UK company be a resident of the United Kingdom.

If this is the case, we will assign a person to fill this requirement. Our fee for this service is £350. Payvision will inform you if you need this service.

Fees

Please note both the Registered Office fee (£80) and Local Resident Officer (£350) fees are renewable annually.
