The Swiss SA (Société Anonyme) - Corporation
The signed capital must be at least 100.000,- CHF (42,000 GBP) half of which must be paid up (cash) during the registration. Unlike as for the Swiss sàrl the shareholders of a Swiss SA are not filed publicly. Switzerland is one of very few jurisdictions that issue bearer shares.
This allows the shareholders to retain complete confidentiality. Swiss laws therefore do not limit the number of foreign shareholders. It is however required to have a local director and this is provided by Fletcher Kennedy.
We can also advise upon the conception of combining a tax exempted Swiss Holding and a tax exempted trading company from another jurisdiction. This combines the reputation of a Swiss company with tax exemption for all business activities.
