Names and nationality of all owners are filed in a public registry. There are no limitations on foreign owners, however Swiss laws do require a local director provided by Fletcher Kennedy. The fees for incorporating a sàrl are £7,100.

Swiss SA

The SA is a Corporation. It requires a signed capital of 100.000,- CHF (£85,000), this cash will remain at the company's disposal immediately after formation. The shareholders of a corporation can remain completely anonymous. Bearer shares are allowed. There are no limitations on foreign shareholders, however Swiss laws do require a local director which is provided by Fletcher Kennedy. The fees for incorporating an SA are £8,800.
