The partnership requires the following:
  • At least two designated members, there are no residency or nationality restrictions.
  • A registered office in the United Kingdom

Registered Office:
The registered office is the official address of the Limited Liability Partnership, this must be in the United Kingdom. This is the address where all official correspondence regarding the partnership is sent to.
We will provide you with a registered office service with a United Kingdom address.
Our fee to provide registered office and to receive and forward all official mail is £180 per year.


Designated Members:
The members operate and manage the partnership. A UK LLP must have at least two members.
The partnership may have more than two members, there are no residency restrictions. Member details are on public record, we can provide you with an EU member for privacy purposes, our fee for this is £750.

No EU members (select if you intend to provide your own members)

Bank Account:
There is no legal requirement for a Limited Liability Partnership to have a bank account. If you do wish to open an account we can assist you with completion and submission of forms and required documents. Our fee for bank account assistance is £320.
